It is an advertisement for Noodles in Japan. I also believe it is made as a joke, and for 2 minutes, gotta give it to them. Not the best editing skills but you get a small giggle in.

Attack on Noodles! I had to watch this commercial after learning of its existence. I did not understand a word of it, but now I'm hungry for instant ramen.

It's two minutes long, and basically one of the funniest ad's I've come across. The tea kettles in replacement of swords had me in laughter long after the commercial was over
