I believe this OVA episode takes place somewhere around episode 12 in "Steins;Gate 0" though I'm unsure. It's just a filler, there is barely any story connection at all. The episode plays out kind of like it could be on a different world line altogether. It's just silly for the most part. Some people will like it though, I'm sure. (PS Also how!? Just how could they defile precious Mayuri with such a photo and phrase? It's unacceptable!)
