its a recap, but also not. so like the whole episode was about ifrit and tempest talking, but the scenes are the recaps. the first few minutes of the scenes is about ifrit and tempest but the rest of the episode are the recaps. you understand? ya know what just watch it yourself ヽ(；▽；)ノ

It is a recap episode, however they actually put a different spin on it than most animes that made it a bit more entertaining.
